Our Leadership

Josh Pacheco, President & Project Manager

Josh credits early exposure to the painting and renovation industry during childhood as the inspiration for leading him into the field today. However, at the start of his career, he worked as a business relationship manager for top local banks. His experience there taught him crucial business processes but also the importance of dedicated, consistent customer service. In 2016, he returned to the painting industry to leverage his skills from the world of banking as the lead project manager and president of GWC Painting.

Josh most enjoys breathing new life into a home, leveraging his years of expertise to help his clients achieve their vision. He feels most fulfilled when he sees a home transform before his eyes.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys camping with his family. He’s also a die-hard Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan and loves to watch MMA.
